ALL EXPERIENCES ARE OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH
“Are your painful experiences stumbling blocks or stepping stones?” -Bruce D Schneider
The last couple of weeks have seemed to hold intense challenges for many of us, uncovering deep layers of pain and other patterns of behaviors. Many of us are waking up to the influence(s) in our lives due to unhealed pain and even the subconscious ways we can sabotage ourselves due to them.
How do you find the way through these challenges in a way that empowers you to your highest level of existence and wholeness? To live consciously as well as subconsciously from a place of wholeness and not the trauma(s)?
We must be willing to first look at ourselves and be completely raw about what we are feeling and thinking at the root cause. We need to go through the fire of accepting it as an experience that has held weight over our lives. We acknowledge it, accept it, and give compassion to the way it has influenced us.
Once we see do that we can then decide what to do with that pain/trauma. Because, we know that when we do not face our trauma’s they are kept alive and powerful in our psyche.
You and you alone get to choose how to transmute the pain and trauma and use the lessons from it in a positive way to enrich your life. Every negative that you have survived has made you stronger and more powerful. Transmuting the negative side of that trauma into strength of mind and body. Embracing the positive side of what has been forged within you from survival.
Growth requires raw honesty and heartfelt compassion towards oneself. You have to drop into the core of your being and transmute into something more than the what has happened to you. Just like a phoenix rising from the ashes. You have to go to the root cause and then reshape it into something that adds power into your existence once again.
When you transmute the root cause of pain/trauma you change your patterns of behavior that even subconsciously show up.
Use the fullness of your life experiences for growth and use the stepping stones of your pain to reach new heights. Self awareness around the patterns of our being is an excellent place to start healing.
